House & Building Moving

Whole structures relocated to a new site or repositioned on the same property. Stone, brick, log, and frame houses; steel buildings; concrete structures. If it stands, we can move it.

How it works

From first walk to final set

01

We walk the job

Every bid starts on site. We measure the structure and how it's built, look at excavation at both ends, chart the haul route, and flag anything overhead — so the estimate you get is the job you get. If lines have to be lifted, we tell you up front.

02

The haul

The structure rides on hydraulic dollies that raise and lower independently or together, keeping it level the whole way and stepping it over obstacles — fences, mailboxes, bridge crowns. When clearance is tight, our low-ride rig carries a building just inches off the ground, often under the wires instead of through them.

03

The set

The new crawl space or basement is excavated before the building arrives. We drive it into position, hold it at height while the foundation goes in beneath, and once the concrete cures, set it down permanently — level.

Permits: we handle all of the moving permits. You only need the building permits for your site.

Not just houses

Barns, shops, and heavy loads

The same equipment moves commercial buildings, steel shops, barns — and the oversized loads that don't fit any other trailer: rail cars, tanks, and vessels.
